Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Technical Services Engineer II to provide expert guidance in energy conservation measures for RCx projects. You will lead pre-engineering to determine facility conditions, develop energy strategies, and support commissioning and system integration.

You will collaborate with engineers of record, project energy managers, and TS staff to ensure project outcomes. Expect 50% travel and a challenging environment that rewards leadership and meticulous problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro-commissioning.
• Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) license.
• Expert technical knowledge of the subject matter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client orientation.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-engineering during data collection surveys.
• Lead site surveys to determine facility conditions and requirements.
• Develop energy conservation strategies for RCx and integrate with design.
• Review RFPs for equipment/services to meet project outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure codes and standards compliance.
• Review submittals for conformance and provide technical feedback.
• Conduct commissioning and peer reviews of design documents.
• Provide training and mentoring to Technical Services staff.
• Travel to job sites and offices as needed (up to 50%).
