Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an IS Technical Services Building Systems Analyst III to evaluate, verify and optimize operation of building systems on-site or remotely. The role requires independent work with guidance for complex problems, focusing on retro‑commissioning and commissioning scopes to achieve optimized energy and project outcomes.

The candidate will mentor TS staff and collaborate with the project delivery team including management, engineers, and trade partners to ensure energy performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal or limited information
• Self directed or able to work with limited direction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures, safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate activities, issues, and solutions to project delivery team and Manager.
• Execute and complete assigned tasks and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Lead site surveys, documentation review, and due diligence to determine facility conditions and develop energy conservation measures.
• Participate in design and submittal reviews of new construction scope as part of commissioning.
• Use CxAlloy software to document new construction commissioning scopes.
• Develop and QC pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests in CxAlloy.
• Develop technical reports and project observations to support solutions and progress.
• Implement energy conservation measures independently or with partners when required.
• Review pre-functional checklists against site conditions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify building system programming to implement energy measures.
• Utilize test instrumentation to troubleshoot and optimize building operation.
• Oversee and execute functional performance tests for construction scope acceptance.
• Provide on-site supervision of trade partners and sub consultants.
• Document energy conservation measures and building programming in project storage systems.
• Maintain awareness of energy performance and ensure targets are met.
• Identify, track, and address issues with delivery team members.
• Proactively address impediments to achieving outcomes.
