Job summary
Hirebridge is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to provide expert technical consultation to cement customers, coordinating with plant quality, production, and sales teams. Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally cement or concrete materials.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive consultation on product performance, best practices, troubleshooting, and technical training.
- Act as liaison between sales and production on plant quality teams.
- Understand technical aspects of customer products, systems, and applications.
- Coordinate competitive analyses for internal quality objectives.
- Provide internal technical training to cement sales force and industry personnel.
- Engage with technical organizations (ACI/ASTM) at local/regional level.
- Promote cement-based products in coordination with Sales team.
- Assist customers with cement/concrete product issues and resolutions.
- Maintain internal records of customer interactions and issues.
- Travel up to ~40% as required.
