Ziegler CAT is hiring a Technical Services Coordinator to join our growing team in Iowa. This entry-level role supports customers and end-users, acting as the front line for technical support calls and tickets, and learns to become an expert on Ziegler technology and equipment products.

You will collaborate with Technical Support, Service, Parts and Rental teams to resolve requests, document issues, and contribute to product knowledge, training, and content development while upholding

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Customer-focused with detail orientation.
• Willingness to learn about Ziegler products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer initial customer calls from the technical support line and generate tickets.
• Resolve basic technical support requests for Ziegler equipment.
• Research and resolve more complex issues with training from senior staff.
• Assist technical support with administrative duties related to training and support.
• Develop product knowledge and resources for current and new products.
• Document and forward information to appropriate teams per escalation standards.
