Ziegler CAT is hiring a Technical Services Coordinator in Minnesota to support customers and end-users. The role is the front line for the technical support line and involves ticketing, basic troubleshooting, and coordinating with Technical Support, Service, Parts and Rental.

Ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented and eager to learn Ziegler technology and equipment. Some responsibilities may require working nights and weekends as part of a rotating schedule, with full-time expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-year technical or 4-year bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-service oriented.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer initial customer telephone calls from the technical support line and create support tickets.
• Resolve basic technical support requests for Ziegler equipment.
• Research, evaluate, and solve more complex issues with training and resources.
• Assist the technical support team with administrative duties related to training and support.
• Develop product knowledge and assist with new product introductions.
