Job Description
The fun, techy things you'll be working on:
- Monitoring of Network and Desktop Environments
- Maintaining Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Smartphones
- Assisting on IT Projects as required
- Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments
- Deployment and Management of Microsoft desktop Infrastructure
- Routine Maintenance with desktops and end-users
- Deployment of end-user Infrastructure
- Supporting End-Users both remotely and on premise
- Routine Network Maintenance in an Active Directory environment
- Maintenance of Active Directory Environments including Group Policies
- Deployment of Infrastructure improvements with Microsoft Operating Systems
Qualifications
Some qualities we look for in our team members:
- Two years of experience with Windows Desktop Management (preferred)
- One year of experience with MAC OS (preferred)
- Office 365 experience (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (preferred)
- A Degree in Information Technology or Business Management (preferred)
- Experience in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role
- Excellent support to end-users demonstrated through a good reputation
- Excellent decision-making and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines for projects and assignments
- Willingness to learn and support new technologies, and train others
- Some regional travel may be required – all expenses paid
- Participation in an on-call rotation schedule
- Energetic, highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
