Job Description

The fun, techy things you'll be working on:

• Monitoring of Network and Desktop Environments
• Maintaining Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Smartphones
• Assisting on IT Projects as required
• Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments
• Deployment and Management of Microsoft desktop Infrastructure
• Routine Maintenance with desktops and end-users
• Deployment of end-user Infrastructure
• Supporting End-Users both remotely and on premise
• Routine Network Maintenance in an Active Directory environment
• Maintenance of Active Directory Environments including Group Policies
• Deployment of Infrastructure improvements with Microsoft Operating Systems

Qualifications

Some qualities we look for in our team members:

• Two years of experience with Windows Desktop Management (preferred)
• One year of experience with MAC OS (preferred)
• Office 365 experience (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (preferred)
• A Degree in Information Technology or Business Management (preferred)
• Experience in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role
• Excellent support to end-users demonstrated through a good reputation
• Excellent decision-making and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines for projects and assignments
• Willingness to learn and support new technologies, and train others
• Some regional travel may be required – all expenses paid
• Participation in an on-call rotation schedule
• Energetic, highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
