Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• 2 years in technical support of a building material or product preferred.
• Fluency in a second language preferred.
• Physical strength to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds frequently.
• Knowledge of architecture and construction practices and materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to architects and contractors regarding material selection.
• Review blueprints to advise on material selection.
• Draft specifications and technical documents for professionals.
• Conduct seminars for architects and contractors.
• Investigate customer service complaints within authorized limits.
