Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• 2 years in technical support of a building material or product preferred.
• Fluency in a second language preferred.
• Physical strength to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds frequently.
• Knowledge of architecture and construction practices and materials.
• Technical communication and presentation abilities.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Review blueprints and specifications to advise on material selection.
• Draft specifications for architects and engineers.
• Prepare technical documents for construction professionals.
• Conduct seminars for construction professionals.
• Handle customer service and product complaints.

Skills
