Job summary

INX International is seeking a Technical Service Representative (Metal Deco Ink) to support performance of assigned functions, reporting to the Laboratory Manager and coordinating with branch Inplant Technicians. Travel domestically up to 50% will be required.

You will perform technical service in local labs or at customer locations, manufacture and QC batches on-site, manage inventory, and handle related duties. This role requires color vision, color matching, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a color vision test.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Ability to match colors effectively.
• Effective communication with peers and customers.
• Excellent written, reading comprehension and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Service Representative (Metal Deco Ink) to work with us. This person will report to the Laboratory Manager for performance of assigned functions, and coordinates with branch Inplant Technicians. The person in this role will be required to travel domestically up to 50%. As a Tech Service Representative you will be responsible for:

• Performing Technical Service in local Lab or at customer locations
• Manufacturingand QC batches on-site at customer locations
• Inventory management and record-keeping
• Housekeeping, purchasing and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Must be able to pass a color vision test
• Have the ability and willingness to travel
• Be able to match colors effectively
• Effectively communicate with peers and customers
• Have excellent written, reading comprehension and basic math skills
• Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

• Associate degree from 2-year college or trade school
• SAP experience and proficient with Microsoft Suite programs.
• 3-5 years in the ink industry and experience in commercial printing
