• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Food Science or related technical field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food ingredients or packaged foods.
• Analytical, results-driven, proactive with growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with manufacturing acumen.
• Ability to bridge commercial and manufacturing teams for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support to optimize color system performance in food and beverage applications.
• Partner with EHS, Quality, Engineering and Operations teams to troubleshoot color/process issues.
• Lead customer-site plant trials and production support for successful implementation.
• Conduct laboratory and production trials to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
• Support application projects through formulation development and ingredient recommendations.
• Communicate and demonstrate new color technologies to improve performance and outcomes.
• Drive innovation by supporting new product development and resolving technical complaints.
