Piedmont Door Solutions is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to join our Charlotte, NC team onsite. You will connect customers, technicians, and office staff, managing the service pipeline from initial call to final invoice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in commercial automatic door installation or service.
• Strong understanding of door hardware and entrance systems.
• Experience with field service and business software; training available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers; capture service requests and provide updates.
• Triage calls, prioritize emergencies, and schedule work.
• Order parts, issue POs, and track lead times with vendors/manufacturers.
• Review work orders for accuracy before billing.
• Close out jobs and forward paperwork to billing on time.
• Coordinate repair/upgrade quotes with technicians and service manager.
• Maintain accurate job records and customer data in field software.
