Job summary

DynamiX is seeking an in-office Technical SEO Specialist to improve organic visibility, site performance, and AI-search readiness across client websites. You will work with web, content, marketing, and client teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and enhance visibility in traditional and AI-driven search.

The role requires 3+ years in technical SEO, strong HTML/CSS/JS understanding, and hands-on use of SEO tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEO tools: Screaming Frog, GSC, GA.
• Experience implementing schema markup and structured data.

DynamiX is seeking an in-office Technical SEO Specialist to improve organic visibility, technical website performance, and AI-search readiness across a portfolio of client websites.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how websites are built, how search engines evaluate them, and how to turn technical findings into practical improvements. You will work closely with our web, content, marketing, and client teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and help clients become more visible in traditional and AI-driven search.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues, and prioritize clear recommendations.
• Improve site crawlability, indexing, page speed, mobile usability, internal linking, redirects, and site architecture.
• Implement and validate on-page SEO elements, including metadata, headers, image optimization, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data.
• Help optimize websites and content for AI-driven search experiences, including generative search results and answer-focused discovery.
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, and SEO platforms to monitor performance and uncover opportunities.
• Partner with designers, developers, content creators, and project teams to ensure SEO is incorporated into website builds, redesigns, and ongoing improvements.
• Review website content and page structure for keyword alignment, user intent, clarity, and conversion opportunities.
• Create concise client-facing reports and explain recommendations in straightforward, actionable terms.
• Stay current on search-engine updates, AI-search trends, and evolving best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical SEO, website optimization, or closely related digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, website architecture, and how these affect search performance.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, and SEO research or monitoring tools.
• Experience implementing or guiding schema markup and structured data.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-search optimization practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple client priorities and collaborating across teams.
• Agency or multi-client experience is a plus.

Details

This is a full-time, in-office role based in the Cobb County metro area/Kennesaw. Compensation will be based on experience, technical depth, and overall role fit, and will be discussed during the interview process.
