You'll support sales activities, interact with contractors and building owners, and learn to present technical solutions that boost building performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or anticipated graduation December 2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with others.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver customer outcomes.
