Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience, or applications engineering background.
• BS in Mechanical/Elec-Mech/Mechatronics or related technical field preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for gear units, couplings, parts, and services.
• Review customer specs and offer products for various industrial markets.
• Resolve technical problems to meet customer requirements and clarify orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotes, orders, and documentation.
• Support order management and tracking from quote to delivery.
