• Review customer technical specs and offer solutions for industrial markets.
• Clarify and finalize customer requirements prior to orders.
• Prepare internal quote and order documentation for approvals.
• Coordinate with local or HQ teams on technical and commercial solutions.
• Maintain order status, delivery dates, invoices, and support customers through ERP.
