Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking technicians to support Connect Dental Digital Products in the United States. The role involves caring for digital devices, repairing software and hardware, inspecting damage, and replacing parts as needed.

You will also handle after-sales support, demonstrations, and training for customers. You will work closely with Sales and other teams to assist customers, provide product information, and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• Take care of Connect Dental Digital Products.
• Maintain and repair products software and hardware.
• Inspect, analyze damage, as well as repair and replace parts.
• Manage technical problems and after sales services.
• Providing present, education and training of digital devices.
• Providing information about products or services including demonstrations of products and delivering products to customers when required.
• Coordinates closely with Sales and related parties to support our customers.
• Other job duties as assigned by supervisor.
