Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
  • MBA or MSEE or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in power systems.
  • Experience selling protection and control solutions to utilities.
  • Knowledge of substation automation, protection relays, SCADA, RTUs, and utility communications.

Protection & Automation Sales Leader (Technical Sales - Substation Automation)
The Opportunity

In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of power system modernization, partnering with utilities and industrial customers to deliver innovative Protection, Automation, Communication, and Substation Automation solutions. You'll combine technical expertise with commercial strategy to identify opportunities, influence key stakeholders, and support the transition to a smarter, more sustainable grid.

How you'll make an impact

Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
  • Advanced education such as an MBA, MSEE, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience within the power systems industry.
  • Experience selling protection and control solutions, ideally within utility markets.
  • Knowledge of substation automation, protection relays, SCADA, RTUs, and utility communication systems.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
