Job summary

Stiles Machinery seeks a technically savvy professional to assist the Product Manager in sales and technical support within a specific product category. You will collaborate with sales to develop profitable equipment businesses and provide ongoing training to customers and staff.

The role involves analyzing customer requirements, preparing proposals, and coordinating between Parts/Service and Sales to fulfill equipment and service needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Three to five years relative experience in panel processing industry and technical support role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales force with creating, reviewing and modifying sales documents, presentations, proposals for customers.
• Analyze the customer’s operation and requirements to develop solutions to meet their needs.
• Work with the sales force and customers to ensure business plans and customer specifications are carried out to maximize sales and satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to the service group.
• Provide training for employees and customers on new equipment or modifications.
