Job summary

White is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist the sales team and customers with technical guidance. You will help prepare offers, select hydraulic motors and steering units, and coordinate with quality and production to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include creating new products in SAP and PLM, coordinating prototypes, and ensuring clear communication across departments to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in mechanics or mechatronics (preferred).
• Professional experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of English and ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the sales department and customers directly; assist in preparing a technical offer and selecting hydraulic motors and steering units.
• Provide technical support to customers during the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal departments (quality, production) on customer requirements.
