Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical pool industry experience.
• Proficient with business tools and reporting systems.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Reside within Lehigh County to facilitate effective coverage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DSMs, BDMs, and RSTM to create and execute market-specific sales and service strategies.
• Build, train, and maintain a robust service provider network; resolve escalated service issues.
• Manage territory budgets and assist trade customers to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct customer visits, participate in trade shows, and lead training events to engage dealers and service providers.
