Job summary

Bruker seeks a Technical Sales Manager for North America to bridge scientific and commercial teams in Spatial Proteomics. You will collaborate with Regional Account Managers to drive opportunities, support customers, and advance adoption of Bruker’s GeoMx/Cellscape XR workflows.

The role requires PhD-level biology expertise, strong presentation skills, and travel 50–70% across North America. You will build KOL networks, deliver technical seminars, and shape market strategy with cross-functional

Qualifications

PhD in Biology or a closely related field.
Experience antibody-based protein assays an advantage.
Proven track record in Spatial Proteomics, including workflows and customer engagement.
Strong ability to communicate complex scientific concepts commercially.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-country territory autonomously.

Responsibilities

Own the NA Spatial Proteomics sales target, partnering with Regional Account Managers to identify, progress, and close high-quality opportunities.
Provide advanced technical guidance, scientific insight, and presales support to accelerate deals.
Contribute to regional commercial planning and drive successful execution across the region.
Build networks of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and engage early adopters to support growth.
Deliver scientific seminars, workshops, and educational presentations promoting Bruker Spatial Proteomics technologies.
Attend key NA conferences to gather VOC and market intelligence.
