Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within transformer bushings or related transformer components.
• Strong technical understanding of transformer construction and component applications.
• Experience managing product homologation, certification, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30-40%, including domestic and international travel.
