Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for GCS products, services, parts, and solutions in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans with Branch Manager to support customers and achieve goals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers to understand business needs and objectives.
• Present and promote GCS offerings to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• Identify customer needs and provide practical solutions aligned with GCS capabilities.
• Formulate targeted sales strategies for key accounts to grow revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with technical sales support, operations, and service teams for successful execution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems; monitor sales trends and territory performance.
• Travel regularly within the territory to meet customers and support sales efforts.
• Prioritize safety, quality, and customer service in all interactions.
