Job summary

MetaOption LLC in the United States is seeking a Technical Sales/Mechanical Engineer to support the Sales Manufacturing team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required (Education level: Bachelor's).
• 2 years of experience required (Experience level: Associate).

Responsibilities

• Serve as an engineering / technical resource for the Sales team during customer engagements via phone, email, and web.
• Understand customer engineering applications and provide technical product recommendations.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and design teams to understand technical requirements and constraints.
• Interface with internal engineering and production teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
• Review customer drawings and specifications to support the design and quoting process.
• Participate in customer meetings, conference calls, trade shows, and site visits to support project development and technical discussions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and product configurations based on customer specs.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, customer service, and engineering teams to support customer needs and develop strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on quotes and proposals, helping to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up, clear communications, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, applications, and industry use cases
• Support order entry and work with operations to ensure timely delivery of products
• Support marketing and sales campaigns through outbound follow-ups, email campaigns, and lead nurturing
• Update CRM system with accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Other projects and duties as assigned
