Fives Giddings & Lewis in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to develop precise quotations and manage machine-project deliveries. You will coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and operations to craft complete proposals and successful contracts.

Qualificações

• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, or 6–10 years of related experience and/or training.
• Preferred background in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional presence and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and part drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Machine tool, fixturing, application, or part processing experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop quotations including accurate technical content, costing and delivery requirements.
• Maintain correspondence and customer contact; monitor progress for machine projects.
• Develop proposals, letters, work orders, presentations, time studies, and value-selling tools.
• Interface with engineering, purchasing, contract administration, accounting, and operations.
• Travel to customer facilities or interface remotely to gather requirements and develop complete proposals.
• Review contract requirements and translate them into internal work orders.
• Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
• Promote the sale of Fives Giddings & Lewis products and solutions.
• Provide market, pricing, and competitive intelligence.
