Qualifications

• B2B sales experience within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• A technical background, education or hands-on industry experience.
• Comfortable developing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through to long-term account management.
• Travel up to 40% across the US, with potential for international travel if desired.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors such as automotive, aerospace, defense, and medical.
• Prepare quotations, manage RFQs, and support contract negotiations.
