Job summary
Senior Flexonics Pathway is seeking a Sales/Engineering professional to manage product definition, costings, proposals and presentations. The role targets technically adept customers in petrochemical, industrial and utility markets, requiring CAD/SolidWorks proficiency, ERP/FEA familiarity, and experience in thermal, mechanical and structural systems.
The position involves supporting quotations, cost estimating, and customer-facing technical services, with potential global travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience; ERP/FEA familiarity; CAD/SolidWorks/MS Office proficiency.
- Experience in the design and analysis of complex thermal, mechanical and structural systems.
- Fluent English communication with co-workers, customers and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Review RFQs to determine customer needs and select best products.
- Develop cost estimates and sales proposals from blueprints and docs.
- Propose changes to equipment or processes to reduce cost.
- Provide technical services on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Engage engineers, architects, and other professionals to promote products.
- Meet customers and assist sales reps to secure orders.
- Coordinate liaison between sales and other support functions.
