Qualifications

• Experience operating in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, balancing technical requirements with business objectives.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and the manufacturing floor, converting customer needs into actionable production solutions.
• Generate new business through inbound inquiries and proactive prospecting.
• Partner with engineering, estimating, manufacturing, and customer service teams to produce accurate and timely quotes.
• Travel occasionally for customer site visits and industry trade shows or events.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date records of accounts, sales pipeline, and customer communications.
• Continuously build knowledge of foam materials, applications, and market trends.
