This role can be remote, based anywhere in the US.

In this role, you will...
  1. Present the Computronix technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with hardware, software, networking, and the technology stack.
  2. Understand customer goals and challenges and establish Computronix's product as the best solution available.
  3. Evangelize and demonstrate Computronix's products to prospects, customers, and partners via presentations and customized product demos.
  4. Contribute to proposal writing in response to RFPs and RFIs, including implementation and project approach and description of proposed solutions.
  5. Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers to identify the customer’s requirements.
  6. Participate in all product, sales, and process training to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective.
  7. Analyze client requirements and identify a proposed technical solution using Computronix's product suite.
  8. Ability to provide a high-level cost and effort estimate for a given opportunity.
  9. Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to the implementation project kickoff.
  10. Configure demo instances to be able to prove specific business use cases and functionality provided by prospects and customers.
  11. Provide input to other cross-functional departments, especially the product team, pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements, as needed.
  12. Lead or manage a team of developers to configure in short, Agile sprints, new functionality needed for a software demo.
  13. Assist the marketing department in conducting webinars and product sessions at user conferences/trade shows.
  14. Travel throughout North America, up to 25%.
You are perfect for this role if you have...
  1. Strong knowledge within the permitting, licensing, and enforcement business domains is highly preferred.
  2. Excellent presentation skills – ability to listen, engage by asking and clarifying questions, and lead the discussion during presentations/demos.
  3. 5+ years of enterprise Pre-Sales experience selling to local and state government agencies.
  4. Strong relational skills and ability to connect with the audience.
  5. Deep familiarity with software, a broad understanding of hardware, networking, and tech stack.
  6. Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment.
  7. Solid understanding of professional services to enable software products.
  8. Knowledge of enterprise application platforms, relational databases, and web technology.
  9. Ability to stay current with industry trends.
  10. B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
