Job Summary

Location: Must reside in Kansas City (or within a 45 mi range)

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes long‑term organizational strategies for specialized or technically complex products or market segments.
• Engages directly with high‑profile clients to set, negotiate, and finalize highly specialized contracts.
• Acts as a specialist in complex solution selling, ensuring the technical integrity, feasibility, and profitability of proposals and systems presented to the market.
• Develops strategy for sales enablement and technical engagement by integrating market data, product capabilities, and evolving customer applications.
• Designs and develops industry leading sales frameworks, tools, and workflows that improve quote accuracy, cycle times, and win rates across complex opportunities.
• Implements systems to track technical performance metrics, sales training efficacy, and solution deployment effectiveness in collaboration with analytics teams.
• Consults on cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, marketing, and operations to guide product positioning and solution design decisions.
• Interfaces with C‑suite executives and key external stakeholders to present technical insights, product roadmaps, and long‑term innovation strategies.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on company offerings, guiding both clients and teams with specialized knowledge.
• Acts as a company representative at key events, building relationships and highlighting core offerings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to achieve their full potential in contributing to the department’s goals.
