Job summary

Rockwell Automation offers a 12-week paid internship across multiple tracks (Business Development Representative, Account Manager, Technology Consultant) to help manufacturing customers improve productivity with Rockwell Automation solutions. Interns receive in-person, online, and on-the-job training, with placements across U.S.

field offices. You will work with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, building targeted strategies, reporting, and collaboration with teams.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.
• Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in electrical, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, software or chemical engineering; computer science, industrial distribution, supply chain, business, technical majors or similar.
• Expected graduation date is December 2027 or beyond.

Responsibilities

• See three tracks: Business Development Representative, Account Manager, Technology Consultant.
• Develop and qualify new sales opportunities; work with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Meet sales goals and grow market share; engage with customers face-to-face or remotely.

Education

Pursuing bachelor’s degree

GPA 3.0 or higher

Engineering or technical major

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
