Job description

Technical Sales Consultant
This role can be based anywhere in the West Region.

About the Role: Salto is seeking several dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Consultants (TSC) to join our team. The TSC will play a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships, ensuring quote and order configuration accuracy, and providing top-notch support and training to our stakeholders. This position requires a detail-oriented person and problem solver that thrives when helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Some relationships with partners will be ongoing while others are less frequent; however, the same dedication to quality work and fulfilling their expectations is key.
  • Support & Training: Provide personalized support, training, and resources to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to quote and order Salto’s products and services.
  • Technical Support: A scheduled resource to ensure partners have the technical skills for successful projects.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address future needs to prevent issues before they arise.
  • Sustainable Growth: Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Brand Building: Provide a level of support that promotes both Salto’s and the partners' reputation and brand.

Qualifications: (Remote based position)

  • Ability to provide excellent support to all partners and stakeholders.
