Technical Research Associate - AI (Eastern Standard Time)

Join our team as a Technical Research Associate - AI (Eastern Standard Time) at Keywords Studios.

Work Location: USA Remote (Prefer EST Time Zone)

Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Pay Rate: $26 - $29 /hr DOE & location

Role Overview

The Technical Research Associate works on our AI data collection team, leveraging a background in QA or data analysis to train AI systems to interact with humans in innovative ways. You will learn new software skills on the job and contribute to AI development through data collection, analysis, and feedback.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate in a fast-paced environment
2. Collect data supporting AI use cases
3. Analyze AI performance against user data
4. Provide feedback for AI improvements
5. Create and execute prompts
6. Learn new software tools
7. Document AI failure cases

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
