Work under the supervision of a Principal Investigator, following established policies and procedures, conducting routine experiments, and analyzing data using basic statistics.

Essential Functions
- Assist with clinical research studies according to study guidelines and protocols.
- Recruit and evaluate potential study patients.
- Conduct telephone interviews, schedule visits, and perform clinical symptom ratings as per protocol.
- Interact with patients regarding the study, including education and follow-up; serve as a liaison between patients and physicians.
- Collect data, maintain patient databases, and input data for analysis and reporting.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle study correspondence.
- Monitor and set up equipment, manage inventory, and order supplies.

Additional Responsibilities
- Perform cell culture, primary neuron culture, iPSC culture maintenance, and in vitro assays, including ELISA and western blot.
- Conduct genetic, biochemical, and phenotype tests; perform molecular biology techniques such as cloning, DNA/RNA isolation, and PCR.
- Contribute to research protocol design, troubleshoot, and modify techniques for efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records, assist in project planning, manuscript preparation, and resource management.
- Coordinate experiments, manage data collection and analysis, create graphs, perform statistical tests, and discuss progress with supervisors.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, executing routine and non-routine experiments at a professional level.
- Collaborate on research design, analyze data, and present findings effectively.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related research setting required.
Experience
Experience in wet labs, preferably with cell line/iPSC work; experience with digital mental health tools or data analytics is preferred.

- Ability to follow protocols, troubleshoot techniques, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques, data analysis, and proper sample handling.
