Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience
• Associates degree preferred
• Ability to work in a fluid environment with changing requirements
• Strong understanding of military, intelligence community, security clearances, technology requirements and certifications

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and qualify candidates via high-volume outbound calls
• Conduct phone screenings to verify position qualifications
• Work with Facility Security Officer to confirm candidates have appropriate clearances
• Conduct reference checks on potential hires
• Maintain an accurate candidate pipeline in the internal database
• Generate leads on upcoming or current contracts and refer candidates
