Job Title: Technical Recruiter

• Manage all stages of the recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, screening, qualifying, arranging interviews, and follow-up.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of quality candidate relationships, including contact with passive candidates and prospects for future opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with strong expertise in hiring talent within the Tech domain.
  • Experience collaborating with hiring managers to determine hiring needs.

  • Ability to utilize multiple channels such as colleges, networking groups, and service organizations to promote opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
