Job summary

ProServices Corporation is seeking a Technical Recruiter/Sourcer who enjoys the hunt. You’ll source, screen, and qualify engineering and IT talent, including cleared candidates, taking them from first contact to placement.

You’ll build and maintain a pipeline with strong Boolean search, partner with hiring managers and our BD team, and manage candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding. Flexible hybrid or remote work available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting or sourcing, agency or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting cleared candidates (Secret, TS, TS/SCI, Poly) is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of engineering and IT roles and terminology.
• Strong Boolean search skills and a persistent, organized approach.
• Clear communication and comfort on the phone.

The Role
