Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Candidate Management: continuously recruit and manage a diverse pool of candidates to fill job orders efficiently and effectively
• Contractor Management: build and maintain a strong core of contractors on billing (COB) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality talent
• Job Order Fulfillment: fill job orders quickly and accurately, meeting client needs with a focus on profitability
• Relationship Building: develop strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and rapport-building
• Consultative Recruiting: use active listening, questioning, and persuasion to influence candidate decisions and drive outcomes
• Adaptability and Flexibility: operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
