We are seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent at all levels, from analysts to VP positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Maintain candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to work independently.
• Experience recruiting across a broad range of roles, from analyst to executive levels, is a plus.
• Bi-lingual candidates and those with global recruiting experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with SAP products or a willingness to learn.
