Black Diamond Networks is seeking an Associate Technical Recruiter to join our Lincoln, RI on-site team. You will source senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across life sciences, engineering, and technology, building a strong pipeline and ensuring high-quality matches.

This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, ongoing sales training, and career development in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to advance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3+ years of sales or recruiting experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands.
• Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence.
• Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent.
• Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently.
• Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
