Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting for staffing agencies.
• General knowledge of staffing ecosystem incl. contract staffing, contract-to-hire, direct hire.
• Exposure to Government recruiting and IT/Engineering roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates for outside clients.
• Maintain relationships with candidates from sourcing through placement and beyond (full lifecycle).
• Collaborate with teams and embrace new recruiting tools; chase time-to-fill targets.
