Job summary

10a Labs is seeking a Technical Recruiter to architect and scale our talent engine in the United States. You will own full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding for core technical roles.

You\'ll partner with leadership to design interview processes, run proactive sourcing efforts, and manage operations that improve speed and quality of hires in a fast-moving startup environment.
