Job summary

CorSource in Portland, OR is seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, impacting client success and consultant placement. You will partner with account managers, build candidate pipelines, and represent CorSource in the market.

You bring full-cycle recruiting experience, a passion for building relationships, and a drive for measurable results. This is an onsite role, offered with a competitive base plus uncapped commission and an emphasis on speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house), ideally supporting technical roles.
• Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process and building candidate pipelines proactively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Experience using an ATS/CRM; Bullhorn or similar platform preferred.
• Previous experience in the technology industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Source, engage, and build relationships with technical professionals across channels.
• Conduct thoughtful phone and video interviews to assess capability and fit.
• Execute consistent outbound sourcing and follow-up.
• Use LinkedIn and other platforms to engage active and passive candidates.
• Partner with Account Managers to align on role priorities and sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and pipeline visibility.
• Conduct reference checks and contribute to business development.
