Job summary

CE Industrial Services seeks a recruiter to manage end-to-end technical recruitment for various skilled roles in manufacturing and O&M contracting. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and joining support, while building a robust candidate bank.

The ideal candidate has experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, and solar manufacturing recruitment and is comfortable with remote work. Home-based work is allowed.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical recruitment for manufacturing/oil & gas/petrochemicals.

Responsibilities

• End to end recruitment for Diploma/Engineers (Mech/Elect/Instrument etc) and Technicians (ITI), Fitter, Rigger, Electrician, Safety Supervisors, Operators.
• Sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, sending offers, getting confirmation from candidates, joining support, building candidates data banks.
