Microvast seeks a Technical Recruiter in Houston to drive full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, energy storage, and other technically focused teams. You will partner with leaders to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent, ensuring an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in corporate, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Experience recruiting engineers, technical specialists, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with ADP Recruiting platforms and multi-channel sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified technical candidates for immediate and future needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates against requirements and provide market insights.
