• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with campus recruiting, conferences and technical events.
• Strong recruiting analytics and data-driven approach.

Aufgaben

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and quantitative roles.
• Lead campus recruiting strategy across engineering and quantitative programs.
• Build relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and research groups.
• Plan, coordinate and represent the company at campus career fairs and events.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies across campus channels and communities.
• Partner with senior leadership on talent branding for junior and senior markets.
• Analyze recruiting funnel performance and pipeline data to improve outcomes.
