Job summary

Pace Engineering Recruiters is seeking a Recruiter to develop expertise in highly technical markets across Physical AI/Robotics, HPC, Energy, and Defense Technology. You will identify and engage top technical talent, build relationships through personalized outreach, and guide candidates from outreach to placement, with a focus on measurable results.

You do not need to be a technical expert initially; curiosity, competitiveness, and coachability are essential as you learn rapidly evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 0-5 years of professional experience; recruiting, sales, business development, or other relationship-driven experience is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
• Curious about technology and interested in learning technical concepts.
• Competitive, driven, and motivated by measurable results.
• Comfortable with outreach, phone calls, and building a pipeline.
• Interested in developing a long-term career in recruiting, sales, account management, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top technical talent across Physical AI/Robotics, HPC, Energy, and Defense Technology.
• Research companies, technologies, teams, and talent markets to understand where the best candidates are and what they are working on
• Build relationships with engineers and technical professionals through personalized outreach, phone conversations, and ongoing engagement
• Conduct candidate conversations to understand technical experience, career goals, motivations, and fit
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process, from initial outreach through interview, offer, and placement
