Job summary

Pace Engineering Recruiters is seeking a Recruiter to develop expertise in highly technical markets across Physical AI/Robotics, HPC, Energy, and Defense Technology. You will identify and engage top technical talent, build relationships through personalized outreach, and guide candidates from outreach to placement, with a focus on measurable results.

You do not need to be a technical expert initially; curiosity, competitiveness, and coachability are essential as you learn rapidly evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 0-5 years of professional experience; recruiting, sales, business development, or other relationship-driven experience is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
• Curious about technology and interested in learning technical concepts.
• Competitive, driven, and motivated by measurable results.
• Comfortable with outreach, phone calls, and building a pipeline.
• Interested in developing a long-term career in recruiting, sales, account management, or leadership.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join PACE Engineering Recruiters and develop expertise in some of the most technically complex and rapidly evolving markets in engineering and technology. This is not a traditional recruiting role. At PACE, you will learn how to understand highly technical talent markets and fast-moving startup environments, identify and engage exceptional candidates, build meaningful relationships, and become a trusted partner to both candidates and clients.
