Job summary

CoAspire in Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and production roles across Mechanical, Aerospace, Software, Electrical, and I&T disciplines. You will collaborate with engineering leadership to build strong talent pipelines and ensure compliance with ITAR and security requirements.

You will source passive candidates from defense communities, engage with hiring managers, and represent CoAspire at industry events.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in aerospace/defense or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing engineering and manufacturing roles across multiple disciplines.
• Solid understanding of ITAR-controlled environments and security-clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptances across engineering and production disciplines.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using defense networks and clearance job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and search strategies.
