CoAspire in Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and production roles across Mechanical, Aerospace, Software, Electrical, and I&T disciplines. You will collaborate with engineering leadership to build strong talent pipelines and ensure compliance with ITAR and security requirements.
You will source passive candidates from defense communities, engage with hiring managers, and represent CoAspire at industry events.

You will support technical recruiting for critical engineering and technical roles including Aerospace Engineers (AEs), Mechanical Engineers (MEs), Software Developers, Systems Engineers, Electrical Engineers (EEs), Integration & Test (I&T) engineers as well as Production and Manufacturing related disciplines. Working directly with engineering leadership, hiring managers, and production teams, you will build talent pipelines and proactively source passive candidates from the defense and aerospace communities. This hands‑on role operates side‑by‑side with the recruiting team and cross‑functional partners to attract, evaluate, and close top engineering talent while maintaining full compliance with ITAR, security, and equal‑opportunity requirements.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000-$150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
